I have leased both Windows and Linux VM's over the past 2 years.
I feel their service is above average even though their prices are very, to extremely, competitive.
My newest VM has a great response time, is available 24/7, and the support has been outstanding (all questions were answered within 24 hours, usually less).
They offer a 30 day guarantee ... what more can I say?
I have had multiple VPS with Little Crek hosting over the past few years and if I am honest, never had an issue, the service has been great.
Customer service has always been fast and any issues I have had also have been resolved promptly and with no fuss.
Can't recommend Floyd and this company enough.
I've been using it for 3 months. I have 2 vps servers. It shuts down the servers every 2 days and backs up with 1 day intervals, if you do not open a support request, it does not activate. It's a complete disgrace, I chose it because it was convenient. I don't have anything important. today he said that I had to reinstall because of errors like bios , ram , disk given by the server . because it is messing with your server without your permission. I definitely do not recommend. this is my last shopping with them
They're rookies, bad network performance and uptime, they'll migrate your vps without your knowledge and forget to turn it on, or suspend you randomly for nonpayment when it's not the case. They'll blame it on the system, the current phase of the moon, and even you for not turning on your own VPS. Ridiculous. It's never their fault, they never apologize. Not impressed with performance or their attitude.
Take your heard earned cash elsewhere.
Update: I gave up on your service because it sucked. I don't want my money back, just want people to know you're not worth the time and money.

FRAUD! I sent 60 invoice and "Lloyd" cancel all my vps for "spam". Only 1 person reply tickets and takes more than 24 hours in reply. The worst experience. Cheap but a fraud. I report this fraud to CC and stripe,
