Non Delivery of Goods
I ordered my items in November and received an email to say that they had been despatched on the 4th of December. I still have not received them!.... Tried to call numerious times on Monday, but to no avail. Spoke with a lady on Tuesday, now waiting for replacements, praying that I can get them on time to wrap up and send to the recipient on time for Christmas!...............

Ordered a Siku Combine for my son - price was competitive with the big company with the smile logo. It arrived quickly and well packaged (also liked the reusing of cardboard box) so even though son saw it's arrival, he has no idea what it is (due to the recycling of a box - genius!). A
So I'm happy - I have a great present, at a great price, I've supported a small (& local) business who use their noggins to send stuff out and no money went to any billionaires (unless the Siku people are billionaires - they maybe given how much stuff of theirs we have)
