I expected a better quality finish for the price
Ordered 2 of the plastic Barbie cups, but 1 of them had a ripped label. I expected much more for £34. I was offered an exchange upon return of the cup but it’s not worth my money on postage to return the damaged one.

Thank you for your review Claire. As per our emails, we are more than happy to replace the cup for you on its return to the office. All items are checked prior to leaving the office and was perfect when it was sent out.
As on the website we do offer an exchange or refund in full if any items are damaged in transit - both were offered within the email to which you declined. We are sorry that you felt you had to give us a 2 star review for that.
