the delivery was hampered by the royal mail strikes unfortunately - so our average delivery time by royal mail in November 2022 was 1 to 3 weeks

you pay for your order but never know when you could expect the delivery
i was introduced to the group by a fren who is also a fan of pigeons. i ordered 2 t shirts online as support but after paying money i received nothing but just a confirmation without any further info about the next steps such as the expected delivery dates. it has already been 9 to 10 days now but i am still waiting to hear a word from the supplier! i contacted the group and was told that supplier would normally take 10 days to print the clothes and send them off. it seems to me that the group does nt hv much monitoring over the supplier who sells clothes for the group i would also suggest that they indicate clearly what customers could expect about the delivery before the payment section. i would nt hv ordered it for my fren’s birthday if i had known it took at least 10 days to come, if it ever will!

I'm so sorry to read that you were not happy with the arrival time of the t shirts that you ordered. Can I just check - did your t-shirts arrive and were you happy with them as i cannot see an email from you saying otherwise, i'm so sorry - if you could let me know that would be awesome and if not we can arrange a refund or replacement.
as a one person sanctuary - i have the tees printed to order so i don't have to pay out for stock, so they always take ten days and i thought it was clear on the website that this is the case BUT it may be that this information was missed of the tees that you ordered, which is totally my fault. thanks so much
