Everything from initital contact through to leaving was one of happiness and reassurance from the company. We left our car with Little Green at Manningtree while we travelled on foot via ferry from Harwich to Europe for 2 weeks. Miles cheaper than the ferry terminal and we felt much more reassured that the car would be looked after while we were gone. Every question we had was fully answered and the whole experience was excellent. The walk to the station is short - even if you're carrying heavy luggage - and its an easy train ride to Harwich International - so easy in fact that we misjudged how quickly we'd get there and ended up sitting at Harwich for ages before we could board the ferry. Totally our fault (and we had good books to read!) but testament to how smooth our experience went. The return journey was just as easy and within minutes of reaching the car we were off to return home. Will definetly do this again when we need to travel the same way.

Everything about LGSS was perfect, the team I dealt with and the storage itself was perfect and absolutely met my needs at a very reasonable price. Couldn't have wanted anything more and would absolutely use again!

Very useful and helped greatly to make our move to Elmstead simpler. Only downside, which wasn't an issue for us but might be for others, was the access hours which were only until 6pm and not at all on Sunday.

Staff very helpful. Storage unit was large enough for all my belongings. It was clean and easily accessible. Security was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Little Green Self Storage responded to my initial query within a matter of minutes and I was able to organise storage at short notice which was perfect for my requirements. Staff very helpful and friendly and the facility was absolutely perfect and easy to access.

I can not fault the customer service at Little Green Self Storage at all. Sarah and Tracey were so helpful and understanding while I was super stressed from moving house, they went above and beyond! The facilties are great, all clean and easy to use and access.

Great storage facilities with good range of sizes. Very easy access (even though no lifts to the first floor storage units). Very helpful and responsive staff.

Pricing also very competitive and reasonable with refunds if you do not use full contracted time.

Good local storage place, with very nice and helpful staff. They couldn't do enough to help me out, even when I couldn't make it there to put on padlocks etc. Storage areas are clean and dry, had our stuff in for over 6 months and it came out as clean as when we put it in.

It has been an excellent service. Whenever I need storage space again I would use this company. Excellent service.

If you want your furniture ruined, then this is the storage unit for you, nice staff until faced with a problem, then you see a whole different picture!
If you like taking risks then go for it....

Consistent Excellent Service & Facilities

These guys are always here when i need a little extra space. Never had any issues and always have lots of help, a prompt email reply or a friendly chat when we meet up.

I was moving house so I stored my large items there.
Easy access to get in and out of the unit plus the staff were very friendly

We have used LGSS several times over the years due to being a military family and moving around a lot but our recent experience with them has been awful. We were storing a lot of goods but had several roof leaks then a when there was heavy rain the water poured in causing water damage in the containers that left a lot of our furniture damaged. We were offered a pitiful amount from the insurance that didn’t even cover the cost of one item let alone the removals, skip hire and time off work to sort it all out. When we argued this they didn’t care and wouldn’t listen to even meet in the middle.
Compared to some of their customers we were lucky, we only lost a few bits of furniture; someone had their whole house worth of if items destroyed and they also only got offered the same pitiful amount to replace everything they owned. I’d avoid using if I were you.
