This company will con you. Lovely pictures and once you pay, they go silent. I ordered an item for a 2 year old. Company took payment efficiently and that was it! Nearly 2 weeks later and after having to chase them, I received a cheap, poorly made Chinese product, that looked nothing like th photo of what I'd purchased. It was a third of the size expected and wasn't fit for purpose in any way. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM AND HAVE NO MORALS!!!!!! DIRTY!

Don’t do it. Misleading. Drop ships from China which you don’t find out until after you have paid. Ordered in April. Never turned up. Everyday update says unloaded from Airline. In transit.

Do not order from this website. Misleading information. Ships directly from China. Nothing to indicate this on their website. I would not have ordered if I had known this. I see that other reviewers have warned about this too.

My shower head was leaking from several spots. Without any hassle the company offered a free replacement. Matter resolved in less than a week. Amazing!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DECEIVING AND TRICK THE CUSTOMERS. THE NO HASSEL RETURN POLICY IS BS THEY OFFER YOU SOMETHING TO KEEP IT INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT AND YOU MUST PAY YOUR SHIPPING TO RETURN IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE THEIR BRIBE.

I previously bought a 5ft wedge pillow from Little Jax which I was pleased with. I purchased a backrest reading pillow, but quality is nowhere near as good. Material is definitely cheaper and stuffing really loose. Was not cheap (paid full price), so overall very disappointed.

Everything was so easy to orgonise. Ordering, updates and eventually delivery. Very professional. The quality of the items were excellent. I would highly recommend this site. My grandchildren just loved the yellow pillow elephants..

Dealt with my query promptly to a very satisfactory outcome.

the best most understanding company ever!

I am still waiting for the item I ordered 2 weeks ago. On its way from China apparently. Very disappointing. I would like to cancel my order.

I’ve ordered a few items from here, more of the personalised dressing gowns, gifts for grandkids/friends newborns and they are such good quality and loved by those that received

Little jax is an amazing website I bought 2 butterfly jackets the quality is excellent great customer service and got delivered with no problems would definitely order again.
