Don't buy a bike there online

I bought a new bike and the pedals broke off. Maybe I did something wrong, which could be. But i received really no support what so ever. So I would not advise to buy a bike there, because if something is wrong you are on your own. Very bad service and as a customer you feel a bit in the wrong. If you go to their shops, it is all good. Nice people etc, but if something is wrong forget it. Please note that the discussion was about 35 Euros for a 1300 Euro bike. To put it into perspective. So for them the customer relationship was worth less then 35 Euros.
