I ordered the South East Rings ‘n’ Things box for a friend. From start to finish the experience was a complete delight. The website was as aesthetically pleasing as the alluring Instagram page, and seamless to use. The boxes were difficult to choose from as they were all tempting! A beautifully curated set of well thought-out treats, upholding such meaningful values.

My friend absolutely loved her box, which arrived promptly thanks to B, without any issues. I think I’ll be treating myself next time! Would definitely recommend.

Let’s start with communication, which was super responsive, friendly, and personal. Owner B took the time to not just respond, but really engage. Experiencing the “human touch” with businesses you buy from is so hard to find these days, but this is what you get with Little Local Boxes. You’re made to feel like your needs matter and that every detail is dealt with with care and attention.

The purchasing experience was seamless and hugely enjoyable thanks to a fantastic website, I loved finding out about B’s background and all of the little touches that go into creating the products.

The brands ethics are both inspirational and admirable and what every business should be striving for. Not only does B help promote local, independent, and earth-conscious makers and creators by giving them a wonderful way to showcase their goods, she plants a tree for every sale made. Each box is nearly plastic, cruelty, and palm-free. And in every box comes a little gift card made of wildflower seed paper. This is the kind of brand that you want to and feel good buying from, knowing you’re helping give back to the community and to our planet in so many ways.

Finally, the quality of the end product comes as a massive bonus! It was incredibly hard picking one box from the irresistible selection. The South East Ritual box I finally chose was hand delivered by B (who was flexible on timings to suit my needs) to my best friend on her birthday. Every single item in the box was different, unique, and beautifully made - and my friend absolutely loved it. Having met 14 years ago in Berkshire, being able to give a gift made by business in the south east couldn’t be more perfect.

All in all I couldn’t be more chuffed with discovering Little Local Boxes. Of course I recommended B straight away to my fiancé who bought a box for his mum for Mother’s Day. Which of course she loved too! Can’t sing their praises highly enough, just wish that more business were like this.
