Has been 20 days since I placed an order, and it still has not been dispatched. Contacted their WhatsApp, and they said they would chase up my order three times with no follow-through. Now they are reading my message with no response. Very unprofessional customer service and super disappointing. I would avoid Little Lord & Lady if you don't want to lose your money.

Lovey clothes!
I am really pleased with the clothes I bought from Little Lord & Lady. They are really lovely and the quality is excellent, plus they arrived quickly and well packaged. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be buying from them again myself in the future.

I’m so impressed
I’m so impressed! The quality of the clothing is fantastic, really unique style, rich materials and vibrant Colours. The delivery comes with a really cool play activity sheet, nice touch. The courier misplaced one of my deliveries and the people at little Lord and lady couldn’t have done more to help me. Really responsive, gave good recommendations for items that would go together and didn’t charge me the full price for the more expensive replacement order.
