I ordered paints and stencils from their website for my child's birthday present, but nothing arrived. I emailed them at least twice and contacted them via Facebook, but have never heard back. STEAR WELL CLEAR.

I don't like writing bad reviews of small businesses but this has been the most terrible customer experience - really wish I'd seen the previous bad reviews here.

I paid £40 in May for some stencils and paint for a baby shower. I didn't get an email confirmation so I emailed to check when it would be arriving. I got one email reply clarifying what I had ordered and saying the goods would be sent - then nothing, they didn't send out my order, I wrote repeated emails asking to be reimbursed, left voicemails, and never heard back. I'd just like to be paid back, it's really shocking.

Ordered online, other than an order confirmation email have heard nothing. My item never arrived. No reply to email. Phone doesn't get answered. Terrible experience

A wonderful shop filled with really different and fantastic products for kids all at very reasonable prices. The lady who served us was so patient and interested in the children and the service was above and beyond. If you are looking for a present for a child or something cool for your own children this shop will definitely have something fab.

Great T-shirt but difficulty getting refund.
Returned as too small and ordered a second t-shirt. The delivery was good and t-shirt is good quality but difficulty in getting a refund for initial purchase that was returned. Poor response to communication via not on the high street and only refunded when dispute was opened via PayPal. Would recommend products but may encounter difficulty if need to return.

I didn't know about Little Mashers and came across them on Not on the High Street a little while ago.
I was blown away by their Chalk and Tees t shirts - what a fantastic idea! A great quality t shirt with essentially a chalk board on the front. The packaging was fantastic and they even came with a little drawstring bag of chalks.
My youngest daughter (age 9) was lucky enough to get one of these t shirts from Father Christmas and I had to write this review as I was so impressed with both the service and quality.
I had been a tad concerned as to whether the artwork/comment my daughter put on the tee would show up and also if it would wipe off as easily as stated. I needn't have been - it's brilliant!
From the recycled box with the great image on the front, to the beautiful canvas bag holding the chalks, this item is an amazing idea that makes a lovely gift for boys and girls alike.
My daughter received the 'Today I'm going to be.....' version in hot pink that has a thought bubble, but there are many, many shapes to suit children from toddler to tween.
As for sizing, Father Christmas bought my daughter a 10-12 years which is perfect for her. It's roomy without being too big. She will be 10 in April so the sizing is just right and I'm sure this will be a treasured and well used item until she grows out of it!
At under £20 these are an ideal and unusual gift solution for relatives, school friends and almost every other child you can think of. I will most definitely be back to buy more of them - I just wish they did grown up sizes!

Thank you Little Mashers (and Father Christmas) for such a great product. I have one very happy little girl who today is going to be #epic!
