Little Ones is an established London Nanny and Housekeeping agency. We have been specialising in the placement of bilingual and English-speaking Nannies, providing childcare solutions since 2005. We are the leaders in our field. We are proud to promote bilingualism and intercultural understanding through educating children with articulate bilingual and English speaking Childcare-givers. We understand the importance of language development in a child’s early years and we recruit candidates who share the same ethos. We understand that the roles of a Nanny, a Nanny-Housekeeper and a Housekeeper are very different. This is why our consultants are specialists both in the vocations and cultures of the people they place. We guarantee we can make the domestic recruitment process positive, personal and above all stress free.

Not even one star for this company
Not even one star for this company. They are not interested in providing jobs. They do not communicate with you when required, they just ignore you. It’s like you are ghosted as soon as you sign up. Don’t waste your time. I did

If I could give them less stars I would! avoid this scam company!
If I could give them less, I would!
I attempted to work with this agency on two different occasions years apart, and unfortunately had almost identical outcomes both times.
On both occasions, I paid for required training, but after that there was little to no genuine effort to place me in work. The first time, they scheduled an interview with a family that didn't go well (the couple had a massive argument in front of me), yet the agency never followed up to check in; instead, they completely disappeared.
This most recent time was no different. I clearly explained my availability (I’m a university student and can only work certain days), yet I was repeatedly sent roles that didn't align with my availability, including full-time positions and jobs on days I had explicitly said I couldn’t work. After sending me only around four unsuitable roles, communication stopped entirely. I have still not heard anything back to this day.
What’s particularly concerning is that the agency claims there are “too many jobs to fill,” yet appears to advertise numerous roles that are not actually available. I’ve seen jobs listed as newly posted, only to be told they are unavailable when enquiring, sometimes within minutes of being posted.
Overall, this has been a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Based on my experience and that of others I know who have also attempted job searches through this scam company, I would strongly recommend avoiding them, as they appear to charge upfront fees and then ghost candidates after misleading them about job availability.

I can't recommend this company,never!
I can't recommend this company, "Little Ones London," because they hide huge fees (more than £2000) in their contract, which is not fair for a trustworthy company. Please be aware and run away if you want to find a nanny through this company because they are not serious or trustworthy. Very disappointed! 😢😔💯

Worst Experience from an Agency
I contacted the agency about a role and their consultant sent me a message on WhatsApp and then we spoke on the phone.
The consultant stated I was ideal for the role and requested identification documents, updated CGV, and a referee he could talk to. I furnished all of these and in fact my referee who is very busy took time out of their day to talk to the agency.,
Then it all went silent, I sent emails and I messaged Toby on LinkedIn, and was basically ghosted. I even telephoned and a consultant assured me that Toby would return my call, alas no.
I have now had to insist that under GDPR they remove all my details from their systems as they are too unreliable and too unprofessional
Update: I have seen the reply from James, and would add that if a candidate requests a updtea, then ghosting is not the reply, but a quick message to say not heard from client reenforces candidate relationship, and by law I do not need to email a certain department to have infornmation removed, I have emailed the agency and under GDPR that is sufficient. I find the reply excuses not reasons.

I’m having a great experience with Little Ones Agency
I’m having a great experience with Little Ones Agency. The person assigned to me, (Natalia Montano), has been professional, reliable, and respectful from the very beginning. She built my profile quickly and really understood what I was looking for. Communication has always been clear, expectations were explained in detail, and everything delivered matched what was promised. Working with the whole team in the agency has made a real difference in my job search, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Little Ones Agency to anyone looking for trustworthy household support.

I signed up with Little Ones as a nanny…
I signed up with Little Ones as a nanny and they were useful at connecting with me with families.
However, I worked two trial shifts that were supposed to be paid that I never received payment for after chasing several times over many weeks. They also told the family I was starting with that I could start work on a day I was busy, which left me and mum in a difficult situation as neither of us were aware. It's their policy not to exchange contact info so they can deal with any issues, which made it all the more complicated as they made out that the family were rigid with their dates when they weren't and the issue would have been easier to deal with without them, and then took no accountability for the mistake after the fact.
I would not use their service again as a nanny!

As a nanny working with Little Ones Nanny Agency, I’ve had a really positive experience. They are professional, organised, and genuinely supportive of their nannies.
My consultant, William Bloomfield, in particular has been especially brilliant! He is always attentive, encouraging, and clear in his communication. He has boosted my confidence by believing in me and my skills which encouraged me to aim for bigger, more challenging roles which I later landed successfully. If mistakes are made me corrects them kindly in soft conversations and is very honest. He really takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and makes the whole process feel smooth and well supported.
Some agencies will make you feel loads of pressure and may make you feel you’re not good enough for their agency but you will not feel like that with Little Ones.
I’d highly recommend Little Ones to any nanny looking to work with an agency that truly values them.

Great agents
I really appreciate help and support I have received from the agency. I was always well informed about the progress during the interview period while looking for my new position. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and support during them this time, as it made the situation less stressful as she always replied to any questions immediately. Truly appreciate their help!!!

Financial impact - 1600 agency fee for 5 days work
I am updating my previous 5-star Google review as the service has been incredibly poor following the initial placement.
We paid a £1,600 placement fee for a housekeeper/nanny to work one day a week. Within the first 10 weeks of the contract, the nanny took 3 weeks of holiday, had 2 short-notice cancellations (both less than 24 hours notice, 1 on the day), and then resigned. This means we paid a £1,600 agency fee for a total of only 5 days of work.
Since the end of November, the agency’s 'gesture of goodwill' to find a replacement has been ineffective. In two months, they have sent only one CV, and that candidate was unable to work the one day a week required.
I asked for a partial refund given that the cost-to-service ratio is completely unreasonable, but I was told no. We have essentially spent over £2,600 (fee + wages) for 5 days of help. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and would advise others to be very wary of the financial risk if a placement doesn't work out.

Although I didn’t find someone through Little ones because my requirements were so specific, they were the only agency that really tried to help me. I really appreciated all of their efforts. All the other agencies didn’t bother to contact me at all, and I’ve had to follow up with them.
