Worse experience ever of purchasing an item. Contacted owner who advised it was sent. I asked for the tracking details several times and proof it had been delivered. She threatened me with the police and of lying yet has still not sent me proof of delivery or tracking. I received refund from my bank and she has blocked me on instagram. I have now passed to police due to threats being made to me.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would I ordered goods 03 March after 6 weeks emailed asking when I would get my goods bearing in mind I was told originally I should’ve received them by then, I then sent an email asking for a refund which they rudely agreed to but still not recieved it emailed several times saying asking where it was , their reply it takes 10 working days emailed again after 15 working days but then no reply, I then had an email to say the goods were stuck in china and would be a few more weeks, I thought these goods were hand made in this country that’s why I ordered from them, I’ve now had to get my credit card co involved what a shambles of a company and

Do not use. Ordered March. No goods No communication- sent 2 emails no reply.
Now seeking refund through credit card.

Ordered from this horrific company. After 2 months of not receiving my order and contacting the owner on several occasions I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to insult me and block me on Instagram thankfully I managed to get a refund directly from the bank. The owner really is horrible and lacks manners. She is extremely rude and I would warn anyone from ordering from this company. The poor reviews speak for themselves! Stay clear

Not yet received my order but writing this review anyway.
The owner of this customer is just rude and has poor customer service skills. She is also very defensive when asked a simple question.
I queried when my order was going to be (in a polite message on instagram) as it was the 4th week to the day I ordered. (Agreed to the turnaround of 3-4 weeks so just wanted to know when to expect it) she basically just said that she can’t be expected to update everyone on their order and repeatedly said it wasn’t going to be late but that was not my point. She put an instagram post asking her customers to stop being disrespectful and stop sending chaser emails. She is passive aggressive in her manner and does not deserve the orders she gets.
She didn’t like it when I told her she was being passive aggressive so threatened to make my order late. In my shipping notification she made a dig by saying it was on time and then in a follow up email was just very sarcastic.
Just not a very nice person.

There are similar companies that do these products- will use Little Bears learning next time.

Ordered some ready made packs. I'm so happy with them and my little one who has learning difficulties is entertained and willing to do them something we have struggled with since lock down began. I wish this business every success in the future.

Over the moon with our package. We ordered a 10 pack with the sack and I’m already considering ordering more.

My little girl wanted to use them straight away, I particularly loved the emotions and writing her name card. They will be great for her development.

I ordered a pack for my son from Little Owl's Learning all the way to America, it was made perfectly and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. My son loves it and I cant wait to continue to help with his learning! I could not recommend this business anymore than I already do as I am absolutely amazed with the quality of product. Very pleased :) Thank you so much.
