Disappointing
Received a faulty item, and returned it. The company failed to acknowledge the fault and refused to refund the return postage. Disappointing overall experience.
And that response is untrue. I have provided a postage receipt, and haven’t received a response from you. I also informed you immediately that the item was faulty.

Hi Geoff, this isn't true at all :-(. Disappointed to see this review, rather than you getting in touch.
Your own words were 'Just a matter of taste then'. We explained how they were original marks by DCUK, as they're all hand made.
We refunded you in full, and even offered to refund your return postage if you provided a receipt and could explain how it's a fault.
I'm not sure what more we could have done? We can't just refund the return postage without a receipt. We would have provided a label free of charge had it being a fault, and we could have raised this further with DCUK.

Hi Geoff - I didn't receive a response from my email on Friday 17th. Did you email a receipt? I said in that email we would be happy to look in to a fault if you could confirm it. I'm not sure what more we could have done?
