never delivered, raised a dispute with Bank to get refunded. This Company is part of JMP Stores LTD, the Owner is called Simon Bilbie, he's an absolute disgrace

Ordered a swing and slide combo. Arrived when delivery was expected however, slide for damaged. They sent a replacement which was the wrong size and didn’t fit the frame. After a couple emails they agreed to send the correct however, two months later still waiting and are point blank ignoring any emails for ourselves. Come shambles of a company.

The product was delivered in a timely way, otherwise the review would have been 1* instead. The product was difficult to set up and did not come pre-drilled so we had to hire someone to help. Part of the item broke within 2 months of having it, and it has since been impossible to contact the company despite trying to call and email multiple times.

Scam. No reply to anything, nothing delivered.

This company is either totally incompetent or a scam. As for other reviewers, we ordered a piece of equipment, promising delivery within three to five days, and then heard absolutely nothing. No response to emails or phone calls, and then the mailbox was full, which tells you everything you need to know! Happily, our bank was able to refund our payment.

Avoid at all cost!

Delivery says between 3-5 working days. Ordered at start of July and heard nothing since. Don’t answer emails or phone calls.

We are currently claiming a charge back from our bank for goods not received.

Placed an order 10 days ago.
Item was labelled as being delivered within 3-5 days- absolute BS.
I still haven’t heard anything, the number provided may aswell not exist as no one answers.
No one responds to the emails either.
Now I’m thinking if this is a scam to steal peoples money.
Took my money and no communication whatsoever 10 days later.
Impossible to get in touch with.

Big mistake buying from this company so leaving a review to help other customers.

The website states there is a sale that is finishing soon, usually within 2 days but they are not honest as the same price is there week to week and using internet archives websites can see it was the same as when the website was created so big red flag for fake sales to start with, all they do is update the date on the sale banner anytime it runs out.

Next they suggest the item I bought had a RRP of £999 but they was doing a sale and selling for £473 but what they sent was clearly very cheaply made and not worth £400 nevermind £1000 as they suggested it was worth, items were missing, boxes had big holes in them and the slide had a big crack through it and also looked like someone was learning how to use a grinder on the slide as it's not straight or smooth and a lot of wood was split at the ends so sent it back to them for a refund.

Still trying to resolve and get my money back but don't fall for their shady marketing tactics like I did, they are just selling the most cheaply made swings available and marking the price up massively and nothing is on a sale as the website suggests.

I will stick with trusted companies next time..
