Ordered an easter outfit for my gradaugters first Easter. Paid £12,50 special delivery to get it for Easter and it didn't arrive until the following week. I then had to pay for signed delivery to send it back. The company have failed to refund the 12,50 special delivery charge back yet they are the only one who can claim it from royal mail. Shocking to be honest

Firstly, let us apologise profusely for the missing headband. This is a rare mistake on our part, but something we hope we could fix by sending you another one out.
Secondly, we'd be grateful if we can have more detail regarding the stitching. Obviously with growing children we want the garments to be good quality and also durable, so if there is a problem with something like this then this may be something we'd want to talk to our supplier about too.
