Very quick, responsive… highly recommended

Perfect - The team treated our Nursery needs with such personal care, it felt like they were tending to their own.
We purchased an Oliver Furniture bed and other small Nursery items from the team, which were exceptional.

The team's communication regarding delivery was prompt and considerate, and they were flexible to work with, delivering around our schedule. When they arrived to install the bed, they were not only professional, but also courteous, thoughtful, and kind.

You would think my child's nursery was their own.
They took all the boxes and wrappers and even offered to hang nursery decor that we didn't purchase through them to make our life easier

WOW! where to begin! Firstly, I was able to just speak with them on the phone, James and I had a very good conversation about some Oliver Furniture I wanted to order, he answered all the questions over the phone as his knowledge was superb. Them we discussed delivery and at the time (lucky me) there was free delivery and assembly - all the way up from London. We got a date booked in and they turned up to the exact minute and began building - quietly and efficiently. James, the Director, came personally and made sure everything went smoothly. The furniture is EXCEPTIONAL. It's good solid furniture and matches perfectly with the good, solid retailer - Little Snoozes. We cannot thank you enough. 10/10 for everything and I have recommended you to everyone up North! Thanks once again.

The treehouse bunkbed is good quality, and guide to assemble very straight forward.

We had a minor issue with the date for delivery, which was longer than expected. and a chaser email which was not responded to. However, when I called the business the response was perfect, and delivery made at our convenience. Thank you

James was one ncredibly helpful and even sent my granddaughter a free scooter when her trike was delayed - brilliant service

The customer service and responsiveness was great, just a shame the mattress I really wanted never came back into stock. Can't fault the company for finding me a replacement though, would definitely order from there again

Ordered a cot bumper in august. No update. Rang through. They said maybe another week.

Sent multiple emails over a couple of months. No response. Had to chargeback via credit card.

Great bed for my three year old, he loves it so much and definitely loves to snooze in it! The style is great and the team were excellent in delivering and installing.

I have purchased two high-quality bunk beds. The price included free shipping, as well as free installation.
The only aspect that prevents me from giving four stars is that the website has some glitches and discounts and options did not go through properly. Nevertheless, I was able to directly contact the owner, who was very kind and provided me with an invoice.

Fabulous customer service. The Little Snoozes team went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s bed arrived on time as a surprise for her. I would highly recommend this wonderful company and will be doing just that to all of my family and friends looking for beds/furniture. So much is online these days without speaking to an actual human, this team are at the end of the phone and offer great service and advice. Thank you!
