The kitten backpack that I bought is…

The kitten backpack that I bought is simply the best! I used it everyday :D It’s made of a durable material and it fits me so well! I bought a dress with this backpack but I’m still waiting for it. It’s been a lot longer than what projected date was, but I understand Covid has caused some delays!

Terrible customer service

Ordered in April it is now June, no update for tracking when I tried emailing them I haven't gotten a response. Now out my money, with no product. Unless they decide to contact me soon, I'll be emailing them again.

Half of the order still hasn’t arrived. (2 months now) and the other half was much smaller than the size would suggest and doesn’t fit. Total waist if money.

This is Great! Just one Paci problem

I LOVE this product! The unicorn stuffie is so soft and perfect for snuggling. It has a Squeaky in it too!! It is very nice and soothing, and it feels like you have a cuddle friend with you. The only thing that displeased me is that the teat(nipple) of the pacifier was deflated. I love the look and color of the paci, just there was not enough air in the teat. Luckily, I can detach the unicorn and use my other paci.

Ordered 5 items December the first. Only received two.

I ordered 5 items on the first of December 2019; a stockings and garder set, a stuffed animal, a Babygirl sweater, a pair of panties, and stockings.
I received an email on the third about two of those items being on the way. Since, I have never received an email about the remaining items. I received only those two items out of my order but when I check the status of the remaining items, it says that 2 of them have been delivered (which I was never told had even shipped, let alone arrived) and the last item hasn’t even shipped yet.
I have tried several times to reach them through social media and email and never got a response. I am extremely disappointed and angry that I wasted almost 50 dollars ordering from this site. Tracking is poor and unreliable. Customer service is almost non existent as far as I’ve seen and as it stands now I don’t see them refunding me for the remaining items I never received. The only reason this review is 2 stars and not one is because one of the only two items I received was exactly like it looked on the site and is made out of nice material.

My order came in very late

My order came in very late, I waited for months. I was not aware the product comes from China. If I was aware of that I would have purchased the items nearby. Also, the sizing was very, very inconsistent with my actual size. I will no longer purchase anything from this business.

Disappointing

I’ve been waiting for my package for nearly two months now and I’ve tried everything that I know to do to get ahold of The Littlest Giftshop and they haven’t replied so I’m extremely disappointed and will not be buying anything else from them.

Order came in small, stained, and flimsy.

I ordered two things from Littlest Gift Shop: A lingerie set and a pair of white stockings.

The lingerie set I ordered came in way too small. It was labeled as large but it was at most a medium, if not a small. The shipment came from China, which is known for smaller sizes. If that information was available, then I would've ordered a size or two bigger. Fine, okay. It's online shopping, what can I say? But what arrived also looked nothing like the image. The fabric was sheer and flimsy. The detailing looked warped. And it came stained. There was an orangish stain on the panties and on the bra. Disgusting.

I also ordered a pair of stockings. They came in a little smaller than expected. But the moment I tried to pull them on, a bow completely snapped off. I gave the bow a small tug to adjust it and it snapped off.

I wasted $33 on this. Due to store policy, I can't return the products. I saved up just for this set and that money went down the drain.

I heard that Littlest Gift Shop was a reliable place to shop from but I am never doing business here again.
