I was really excited to order from Little Tandem. I purchased 'The Frame' along with several accessories and was looking forward to receiving them. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

After my order was delayed, I was initially offered a $50 refund as compensation, which I received. However, after that, my emails were completely ignored. Months went by, and I never received any of the products I paid for, nor did I receive any meaningful updates about my order.

Eventually, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

I later noticed many comments on Little Tandem’s Instagram posts from customers reporting similar issues—orders not being received and emails going unanswered. It’s a shame because the product itself is something many people are genuinely interested in, and the concept has a lot of appeal.

I would be very cautious about ordering until the company improves its communication and fulfillment process.

I have attempted to place two orders with this company and needed to file credit card disputes to recover my money. Potentially a scam company - AVOID!
