DO NOT PURCHASE!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! claims to be an Australian ‘authentic’ company.. 4 weeks later and still waiting to receive an order. I originally emailed them asking and they responding just saying it’s taking longer but no actual eta. I emailed a few more times with one more response saying the same thing and when I started asking for a refund and to cancel the order they’ve ignored me. I’ve reported them to the ACCC and requested my bank lodge a dispute for a refund! From the other feedback it must be a scam!

Ordered a change mat on the 27th of May…

Ordered a change mat on the 27th of May and still have not received it or any update with shipping. Website claims delivery from an AUSTRALIAN WAREHOUSE within 5-6 days… this is coming from a warehouse in CHINA?? constantly getting ignored via email when asking about an ETA! Such poor customer service so disappointing!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! Purchased a play kitchen for my little one over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received any shipping information. I can’t get a hold of anyone in their customer service team to provide answers or an update.

Reviews on their site are definitely fake

Reviews on their site are definitely fake - there is no way for a legit customer to actually post a review, and looking back the comment “the cotton is so thick!!” Is DEFINITELY fake - they are thin shitty plastic. Definitely a Chinese/drop shipping situation. Took a while to come which is fine but the quality is terrible. My little one broke one of the plastic connectors within days and the whole thing is so thin and plastic and crap. On site it looks like fabric but it’s a thin semi-transparent plastic. I was thinking $125 for a play tent is good, but at this quality it should’ve been more like $30. If I’d paid that much I’d be happy with the purchase. Don’t recommend.

Horrible customer service, go somewhere else!

I ordered from this company for my little one’s third birthday 3 weeks ago. Was very excited to receive the product but as of today I’m still waiting. Their customer service is horrendous and they are unable to provide any information as to where the product is. You also can’t speak to anyone which is incredibly frustrating. It also says the company is based in Brisbane however the tent appears be shipping from Japan. I would not order from them again and am currently waiting for an answer as to where my product is. It also didn’t arrive in time for my child’s birthday which is disappointing - I doubt it will ever arrive. The website and products look beautiful but don’t purchase from them! Go somewhere else!

Horrendous shipping!

We bought the princess play tent. It's a nice tent but the whole experience was pretty average. It took 17 days to arrive (a full week after our daughter's birthday for which it was intended), and was shipped directly from a warehouse in China. I feel like I could have ordered from Temu for much cheaper and got the same experience (and probably faster shipping). It came in a little bag but was otherwise just packaged very simply in a plastic padded bag - if you want to feel like you're ordering from a boutique kids store, this shop will not give you that experience. No instructions in the package (although it was easy to set up) and nothing to show that it is a branded item. I assumed we'd be ordering from an Australian business with local shipping - the website does say it will take 5-7 days! Customer service response was very generic. I wouldn't recommend this store sadly.

Never received my order

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried contacting them via the chat on their website and heard nothing back. I messaged them on instagram and they didn’t reply.

I emailed them and they said they would get back to me with an update yesterday— I heard nothing back. I’ve requested a refund.

I have now been looking on their instagram and read several comments saying similar things— orders not received, messages unanswered, refunds not processed.
