My package either got lost or stolen, and while their CS has responded once, they did not follow up, didn’t offer a solution, and it is unclear if they are going to do anything about it.

The Worst Customer Service—Hands Down! What a shame. This e‑store used to be fantastic, but now it feels like shopping in a digital haunted house.
I ordered, got two wrong items, and thought, “No problem, they fixed this quickly before through WhatsApp.” Well, not anymore.

Their new Gen AI chatbot is like arguing with a toddler: first it can’t help me, then it can, then it suddenly can’t see the pictures I sent, then it admits it’s their fault it can’t see them. Honestly, I spent over an hour in this comedy routine and still no human agent appeared.

They claim their support hours are 9:00 to 17:00, but apparently that’s just aspirational. And when I tried to send an email—plot twist!—the link is broken, so I don’t even have the right address to prove they sent me the wrong stuff.

This store went from “great service” to “great headache.” If you enjoy wasting time with a chatbot that thinks it’s Schrödinger’s customer support (both helpful and useless at the same time), then this is the place for you. Otherwise… run.

Fast deliveries and every product has good explanation also for pregnant and breastfeeding mom.

I have always respected Little Wonderland for its generally excellent service, reliable delivery, and good product range. I ordered the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream after seeing it widely recommended on TikTok, particularly for acne-prone skin.

Unfortunately, the product caused a significant allergic reaction. Despite this clear adverse effect, I was informed that due to hygiene regulations, no refund or even a store credit would be issued for an opened product.

I find it unacceptable that a company operating in the European market can refuse any form of reimbursement when a customer experiences a harmful reaction from a purchased product. This rigid stance disregards basic consumer rights and health considerations.

Consumers should never bear the full risk for adverse reactions caused by products they purchase in good faith.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience, and I believe that with such a level of service, I will not be purchasing from Little Wonderland in the future.

I have sent messages and written emails, no response. I ordered a package week ago and it has not been even sent yet. I’m given no further information and nobody is contacting me! Terrible! I want a refund!

This is my second order at LW, a big one this time and I'm 100% satisfied by it! I even received some extras during the Wonder Week which are really appreciated.
They have a really big selection of Korean products for every skin type and any skin issue. I've personally always struggled to find things suited for my skin since it's mixed (both oily and dry) and really sensitive which is difficult to treat, but here I've found exactly what I was looking for, and most importantly, the products actually work!

Extremely fast delivery, everything came with bunch of samples and great deals! Definitely buying from them again. Highly recommend
