litvon.com Steals Credit Card Info

litvon.com is a credit card mining operation. I ordered a 40v battery and the card would not process. I was told I would be notified shortly that the site was having issues. My order was cancelled and a few weeks later my card was used to charge over $1000 at Ticketmaster. I know for a fact my credit card was used or sold by litvon.com because other than Amazon this was the only place the card was used in a long time. Fortunately Chase contacted me about the transaction on 5/6/23.

Agreed with all of the above that this…

Agreed with all of the above that this site is a scam. Ordered a piece of equipment at a ridiculously good price (red flag #1). Site said they ship USPS mail, but this was a piece of equipment that couldn't possibly ship by mail (red flag #2). Card did NOT charge immediately, but they sent an email saying they were waiting for payment verification (red flag #3). Cancelled my card immediately when I figured out it's a scam. So I woun't get any fradulent charges. Beware.

Before I begin

Before I begin, I'd just like to caution you to consider the source when reading reviews. If you don't know the source, look for common themes, whether good or bad. For Litvon, you'll see a very common theme that legit reviews are giving this 1 star. Click on any user giving Litvon 5 stars and look for common themes. Ok, let's begin...

First, this is a credit card mining company. There's no real warehouse. They want your CC info. Once they have that, you can guarantee you'll receive random charges not made by you within about a month at most.

Now, the proof:
1. As of today, they have 15 one-star reviews and 15 five-star reviews. Never in your life will you find a legit company who has either everyone loving it and giving a perfect score, or everyone hating, wishing they could give less that 1 star.
2. Pics of 5 star viewers are not authentic. They are real pictures, but not of the person giving reviews, and a quick image checker can verify, (unless you have Google Lens, which sucks).
3. Every 5 star reviewer also has up to 4 other reviews. All of which are 5 star, (paid to give + reviews).
4. The same fake 5 star reviewers here are reviewing the same products collectively amongst several sites.

Why has Google still allowed this to remain?

Purchase Never Goes Through

Repeatedly tried to make a purchase that would not completely finish due to a "System Problem' on the vendor's end. They take 2-3 days to answer messages. A few days later, I discovered purchases on my credit card and had to cancel it and get another one. Scam site. Stay away.

Credit Card Scam Website

This website offers below market prices on MFG goods tools etc. Then when you
order providing full name address email credit card number, expiration date &
CVV the order never goes through. This appears to be a credit card harvesting
scam. I ordered goods on 12/04/22 - never received- my credit card Information
was stolen & used on 1/01/23. I had to cancel my credit card. Their phone number
is a cell phone in NC - it is only a answering machine. Their address in Dorval FL is
not a real business - there is no warehouse to ship good from at this location. I
have attached a 1/30/23 chat log I had with them I filled a official complaint with the BBB on 01/31/23 for them to investigate.

Unresponsive, probably a scam

I placed an order for a small hand tool on Dec 16. Received an order confirmation with an order number. However, the next statement is “Thanks for your order. It’s on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received. In the meantime, here’s a reminder of what you ordered:”.

After the fact, I read multiple reviews of the company, a significant number suggesting this is a scam site. I am now convinced.

I have now waited five days for the order to be confirmed. No luck. Called their phone number (a Swansboro, NC number). The automated answer does not identify the company. It just says they are unavailable and to leave a message. Multiple attempts to call them thereafter failed to go through. No callbacks.

So, I tried the chat function on their website. It states that all agents are busy but soon someone will chat. Fifteen minutes later, still no response. Dead silence.

I have now replied to their order confirmation email requesting cancellation of the order. I will never attempt an order from this company (if it even is a company) again.

$2000+ Grizzly saw for $239?

They are offering a new $2000+ Grizzly table saw for $239. I contacted their customer service to let them know they have a pricing error, but they told me to go ahead and order it, so this is obviously a scam site collecting credit card info.

Credit Card Scam

Do any amount of research into this company to find out for yourself the likelihood you'll actually receive anything you've purchased. It's just a website attempting to collecting credit card information from random people by undercutting competitors on google search results. In addition to other customer complaints along the same lines, their address, phone number, and corporate registration do not match any business this website is claiming to be. There is no SMTP relay setup; You will not receive any email communications from their automated sales processing system because it doesn't exist.
