Finger weg!

Das Paket ist erst nach drei Wochen angekommen – nicht wie auf der Webseite angegeben nach 4–5 Werktagen. Für mich kamen die Kleider dadurch zu spät. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Bestellung bereits vor dem Versand storniert, was man übrigens über eine separate App verfolgen kann.

Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wurde mir zunächst keine Rücksendeadresse mitgeteilt. Erst nachdem ich heute einen Fall bei Klarna eröffnet habe, hat sich der Kundenservice bei mir gemeldet.

Die Rücksendung in die Schweiz kostet zudem etwa 20–30 €, die ich selbst tragen muss.

Ich kann von einer Bestellung nur abraten. Finger weg!

Keine Rückmeldung meiner Reklamation, welche wiefolgt war: Bereits nach der ersten Wäsche lösen sich sämtliche Fäden des blauen Jeansüberzugs, sodass das Kleid deutliche Mängel aufweist und nicht mehr in einem ordnungsgemässen Zustand ist.
