This is the worst travel agency in the world. Run don’t walk. We have been in constant contact with Liveaboard since our booking in Ecuador for a boat cruise around the Galapagos. They have been unhelpful, indifference and outright lied. Overcharged us over a thousand and they are still in the process of refunding the money. Stated they would help with airfares and hotels. Followed through on none of it. Emailed us can’t get our snorkel gear equipment in the correct sizes. Stated they would supply airport transportation but said on phone they will not. I will write the CEO and attach emails to show trail of incompetence and meanness.

Our ship (the Hondius) was excellent, and our Polar trip fantastic. LiveAboard made it easy to book, and kept us informed. The final days, an agent confirmed how to find our ship. LiveAboard helped us with quick responses.

Staff onboard Alaskan Dream were superb. They made the trip so much fun and informative. Food was great and service staff very friendly and attentive. Highly Recommend Alaskan Dream.

This company was extremely professional in my booking and preparing for a Galapagos cruise. They were on time, they provided me with the answers I was looking for, and they were very reactive. I felt well taken care of.

About Red Sea Aggressor IV - I am still riding the wave of joy from an unforgettable adventure!

I’ll be smiling for weeks just thinking about this incredible experience. The diving, the people, the laughter… everything was beyond what I could have imagined. Don't even know where to start... This was my first-ever diving week liveaboard with Red Sea Aggressor IV — wow! Just WOW. Flawless organization, paramount safety, very detailed briefings, delicious food, super clean cabins, a wonderful and thoughtful crew, and non-stop fun (seriously, my cheeks were sore from laughing so much every single day). Couldn’t have asked for a better intro to liveaboards.

We had a great 8 days with a fantastic Cruise Director from Dubrovnic, who provided lots of local tips and information completing some of the local tours herself. We managed to do everything on the program as promised plus several additional
optional things such as 4wd driving. Swimming off the boat every day except one day swimming at Zlatni Rat, most famous beach in Dalmatia. Plenty of rest and well fed on traditional Croation meals, plus choose your own restaurant meals for 5 dinners. Easily met our expectations.

The company keeps you informed at every step of the booking process. I have no complaints about the service I have received from Liveaboard.com. I used LAB.com many times and three times this year and I only have positive comments to make.

I have booked several dive trips with LiveAboard.com and their services are outstanding! Their professional crew send updates, follow up on any questions, and really provide a quality experience when doing reservations with various diving vessels. Their website is very easy to navigate and allows for direct comparison of costs between various dive operators in different parts of the world so LiveAboard.com really does provide a wonderful service to the diving community regarding the vessel reservation part of a trip!!!

From the minute we met the staff (we popped by the day before and were shown around) what a great crew. Then having Philip as our guide, keeping us well informed of daily plans then arranging an exciting optional tour when sadly weather stopped us visiting the Blue cave. Our swim stops were just so beautiful, what a great opportunity to swim off the boat and snorkel or paddle board. (I did pack my wetsuit and so glad as May had taken its time warming up) Croatia is just so beautiful and having the ability to visit each island with its own speciality was truly amazing. We stayed in split for 3 days prior to the cruise which I would recommend and finished with an additional day in Dubrovnik which gave us the opportunity to explore the recommendations from our tour guide. The ability to cruise the islands with no more than 39 guests was a great experience, and a lovely opportunity to socialise with mixed nations.magical.

I have used the services of Liveaboard.com for at least 5 of my last dive trips. They have always been very thorough to make sure all arrangements are in place. There have been times that they needed to keep after me to complete forms or answer questions, always in a very polite way-completely my fault. I can’t say enough about this company. Liveaboard.com will always be my go to for my diving habit!!
