This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They have the most unqualified people answering the phone representing your business. Simple English skills were missing. Couldn't spell or speak proper English. Often had bad attitudes as well. They drag the calls out as long as possible in order to milk you of the min's on your call plan. I would highly recommend finding someone other than this company to handle your call center questions.

Good Communication

As professional as it gets. Being that this is a small business they are very hands on (in a good way). When i ask for their service they answer quickly and provide my service. I've recommended this service to others and will continue to do so.

Easy to Use!

I love how easy it is to add information to the script! You can change the script right from the account and it takes effect immediately. They helped me add music to the line and have calls ring my cell first so I can answer it!

Simple and easy

This beats any other answering service out there. I haven’t had any difficulty using LiveAnswer because they’ve made their whole system so easy to use, even for someone like me that’s not tech-savvy!

Love the script builder

I’m excited to begin building more complex scripts from what I’ve seen so far. My office is overflowed with calls and to direct calls using their transfers is a lifesaver.

Phone support for a small staff

My smoothie company has a small staff and it was difficult to serve our customers and handle questions about hours of operation, days open, orders and etc. LiveAnswer has allowed us to expand as a company by helping us always answer the phones.

Incredible Service and Value

We've used other live answering services before in the past, but for the price, along with the management tools they give you behind the scenes, none of them come close to comparing what you get from Live Answer. Can't recommend them enough.

Modern phone support FINALLY

LiveAnswer provides service of such nature that would exceed the satisfaction of every client.

We remain very busy on Holidays due to hug customers footfall, so we decided to have a customer support team to attend calls on the weekend. And I got a recommendation from one of my friends and decided to give try LiveAnswer despite of being little hesitant to sign up for a new service. Sign up process was too easy to step forward. Creating agent script was very simple. Finally, we got the reports from there we were able to understand call frequency, arrival patterns and call tracking. We impressed by their service, and got a positive outcome. Hopefully we will be using their service frequently.

Perfect for small businesses!

If you want to keep up with the big guys get Liveanswer. I sale knives, It is a small home business that has slowly become my main source of income. I’ve been using Liveanswer for a few months now and it’s been great for my business. The agents are literate, caring and actually help your customers. It’s given me one less thing to worry about, and I can use that time on making a better business front. A+ Service!
