Horrible experience
I bought frozen rats ,paid £25. They arrived unfrozen completely, all covered in blood. I try contact the company twice. No response. Awful customer service

Unresolved Refund
Bad customer service! I placed an order and they didn’t email me to let me know the product was out of stock until 2 weeks later when I emailed them and they said they would refund me, I’m still waiting on my £14.99 refund one month later, I’ve checked with my bank and they haven’t received a refund from Live Aquatic Food Online, I haven’t heard from them since my last email asking if they have looked into the missing money with their online payment service provider. I want my money back, it’s not legal for a company to leave a matter like this unresolved, I’ll need to get in touch with Trading Standards now to get my money owed, really not happy with this company
