Bad experience. A friend tried to buy me a giftcard. Tried to enter but it was already claimed, After contacting customer support they wanted all kind of proof that the card is already used. While i can understand that that is already claimed the amount of "proof" you need to give is absurd. A screenshot stating that the code is already claimed OK, but asking for transaction history is absurd, what if i already had money on there? Will they just say " i see you bought items" ? And asking for a chat history with apple official support is nonsense. They literally tell you they can not help you unless you give pictures of front and back of the actual card. Which you do not get. So whats the point of throwing me in a full loop for information that changes nothing

Meaning they did NOT initiate a investigation like they said yesterday... the support person said they now have the complete information and start the investigation... but after they also said that yesterday i find that hard to believe.... please just work with the screenshots you got

Edit 4: STILL NO NEW CODE, IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG, HOW BAD CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BE, if you know it takes this long just send a freaking new code and handle it with your supplier without me having to wait. I already had to send proof I DID NOT USE IT.

First time using Live Cards and had no issues whatsoever (other than Starling Bank blocking payments to them but this also happens with other similar stores - Monzo works just fine - this isn't a problem with the vendor though, just a note for anyone who experiences the same problem).

I bought an Apple gift card from livecards in Romania. The website was in Romanian, the description the same. I could not however activate it, as it was only available for the US. They refused to refund me or change the card for one that I could activate in my country. Why would you sell in Romania a gift card that can only be activated in the US?

I purchased a €50 PSN Spain code from Livecards (paid €44). The code was already used upon delivery.
After reporting the issue, Livecards sent me two additional replacement codes. Both were also already used.
In total, three different codes, all unusable.
Despite providing screenshots clearly showing that PlayStation marks the codes as “already used”, proof of purchase, and my PSN account region (Spain), Livecards keeps refusing a refund.
They repeatedly asked me to contact PlayStation. Sony Spain does not offer email verification for third-party codes. Livecards even sent me links to PlayStation Thailand, which is completely irrelevant. PlayStation Thailand confirmed they cannot verify Spanish codes.
As a last step, Livecards requested my PSN transaction history, which is private information and irrelevant. A transaction history cannot prove whether a code was already used on another account.
After three failed codes, it is clear that Livecards is unable to provide a valid product and is instead delaying resolution by asking for impossible or inappropriate documentation.
I am still waiting for a refund.
Update: I can not respond to your comment Arthur, so here is my answer
I have already provided my PSN transaction history and order number (2685-4817359) via support chat and email.
All three PSN codes provided were already used.
The matter is now under a bank dispute with BBVA, and I will cancel it if I receive a full refund.
I will not provide additional private information.
Final update (01/19/2026): The full refund (€44.80) has finally been received.
However, the issue involved multiple already-used codes, repeated requests for impossible PSN proofs, and a slow resolution that only progressed after opening a bank dispute and leaving a public review.
Refund completed, but the overall experience was poor and stressful.
