I've checked your order for you, and it was definitely processed and sent by us the next day after your order was received on 8th November - 6 days ago. You should have received a tracking (I've resent this for your convenience) wherein you can track your parcel at any time. It appears that it is in transit to you and on it's way to NZ. Due to constraints due to COVID - we're unable to provide you a delivery estimate as overseas freight is congested at the moment. Nonetheless, I have every confidence it will reach you soon. Upon arrive they looked okay. A bit out of shape, after wearing them for the first time, the lenses fell out and the Frame arm broke away
Very very disappointed as I spent $70 to receive a flimsy looking second hand pair of sunnies only to break and go in the bin 2 days later
