I've checked what happened with your order and unfortunately it appears that the items you ordered were sold in store either at the same time as placing your order or very shortly afterwards (before your order was picked). Unfortunately, this can happen with Clearance items as they are often the last one/two left in the Company. If we were able to locate your items, you can be assured that we would have sent them to you.
I've checked our system and can see that we sent you a cancellation notification the next day (25th November) which was also when your refund was processed. This may have landed in your junk/spam folder. Please do add us to your safe senders list : get.help@liveclothing.com.au

Hi Shaminder, we're sorry to hear that you've still yet to receive your order. We know COVID is causing all sorts of delays. I've checked your order for you, and it was definitely processed and sent by us the next day after your order was received on 8th November - 6 days ago. You should have received a tracking (I've resent this for your convenience) wherein you can track your parcel at any time. It appears that it is in transit to you and on it's way to NZ. Due to constraints due to COVID - we're unable to provide you a delivery estimate as overseas freight is congested at the moment. Nonetheless, I have every confidence it will reach you soon. An email letting you know that it was ready for pickup was sent on the 8th.
