I had been following Jade’s Italian streams moons ago. She is the most articulate KOL I know, has great fashion sense & choice of brands; accommodating and most recently even allowed customisation of colours! You can trust her for her honest opinion to make your final choice. Love the Biagini H-croc bag I just received, worth waiting for!

Jade also has a strong team of admin behind her. Li Guan is efficient & responsive. Rex was very helpful. Also miss Jacob’s humour, hope he is well.

Streamer Shar and Admin Stephanie are very efficient. Especially Shar is very professional, yet warm and approachable. Waiting time for the items are reasonable, items well packed. Overall shopping experience is a pleasant one.

The Singapore warehouse person was very patient and accommodating when I requested to “ temporarily hold my parcel’s delivery due to my overseas trip”.

I think his/her positive response was very comforting and relieved for me. So I don’t have to worry about my parcels may be lost during my absence. Thank you very much!

I started watching Reebonz.live aka Shar about a year ago. I enjoyed her livestream and her beautifully curated collection of bags, costume jewellery, etc. Shar is very detailed in her explanation and knowledgeable in her products.
