DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Fish arrived but very badly packed & 3 out of 5 in one bag were dead....one was all fuzzy so it must have died immediately on packaging.
We ordered 15 fish & they only sent 10 & 3 were DOA. Another died a few hours after arrival.
They haven't given a refund for the missing fish & don't answer emails.
Never buying from these guys again!
Got half the order, not the size requested. Nothing is actually in stock, poor communication.
Company does not adhere to the shipping policy outlined on their website. I had asked them to refund my order and instead they posted it on a Thursday. I live in an area where overnight delivery is not guaranteed and I never would have agreed to have the fish posted on Thursday. They put the lives of these fish at risk for a handful of dollars. Greedy, dodgy people. They're ignoring all my emails too.
