Speedily resolved issue & recipe tweak
There was a bit of an issue with my delivery where the seal and lid had been cracked. Speedy communication and resolution. Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful. The sculpt chocolate vegan flavour is nice but too sweet for my taste-I use extra almond milk instead of coconut water (300ml no added sugar almond milk), 15g almond butter and ice in my shaker, and that dilutes the sweetness a bit and tastes like peanut butter chocolate. Lovely experience thank you! Would recommend

Gloopy poor choc flavour
I had choclate protein powder, I didn’t find the flavour strong enough, I have tasted better chocolate flavour protein powder. I tried using it with my cereal and a smoothie it’s too gloopy. Disappointed as I had high expectations based on it being used by one of the big gym brand . It may be personal preference but I do not feel it is worth the money at all .

Great product and top notch customer experience
The product is fantastic, but the customer service is on a whole different level. Our building was recently broken into and packages were stolen. A replacement was sent out the following day, no questions asked to a more secure address. Customer experience like this means I'll never switch to a different brand.
