Outstanding Customer Service!
I’ve always had great experiences with their customer service, but this one truly topped them all! The support was outstanding — I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My request was about a pitcher, as the handle on mine had broken, and I wanted to know if I could buy a replacement. Patricio, who handled my query, was amazing! Patricio responded to my emails promptly and arranged to send me a new pitcher completely free of charge. I really appreciate the excellent service — thank you so much, Patricio, you’re awesome!
Bottle top opening snaps easily.
Some of their bottles are built with a manufacturing floor and where they are gifted Larq won’t support you. Both my bottle caps snapped off it very easily. I even offered to pay for replacement bottle tops, but they started ignoring my messages.

My bottle has lived a life. It's traveled the world, it has had a few nasty falls and drops, and I love it.
Here's my experience: Great customer service for the win! The products are great, and like all products, they sometimes break when cleaning them. (The rubber in the lid of the Purevis 2 tends to be fragile).
I contacted Larq explaining what had happened, when Patricio came back to me saying they'll send me a whole new replacement cap (i.e. the most expensive part of the whole thing) free of charge!

-Durable (has survived some drops!) and of good quality (many washes in the dishwasher), and looks good!
-Works as described with the lid cleaning the interior bottle (doesn’t smell after many uses).
-Pricey, so don’t lose it. But worth the cost!

Fast customer service and stayed true to the warranty— my purevis 2 cap had some sort of discoloration/possibly mold that happened despite consistent deep cleanings (note that the uv light only gets the inside of the bottle, not the mouthpiece/lid), and they sent me a new cap. Many of my friends have purchased since I rave about the bottle so much, and we all love how the water tastes SO much better. I’m drinking way more water now that I don’t hav to track it manually, the app turns it into a fun game. And no more weird water bottle smells! If they come out with another bottle in the future with uv light for the mouthpiece as well, I’ll be purchasing that for sure.

I've had many solid experiences with Larq and highly recommend them. Their customer service is prompt in response time and they really hear you out to problem solve if you have any questions beyond the usual cookie cutter responses you get nowadays.

The Importance of Drinking Water, Even when Not Thirsty
I’m faced with various health issues, including cancer and AFib. Cancer treatments have been effective in inhibiting tumor growth, thankfully, but have caused unpleasant side effects like fatigue, loss of appetite, and significant lower GI issues, despite trying various doctor-recommended steps to minimize them.
I’ve also lost over 30 lbs, and so I decided to get a digital scale to track my weight and body composition. Doing so I learned I was partly dehydrated, despite having kept a glass of water nearby and trying to remember to drink throughout the day.
I decided, therefore, to investigate the purchase of a water bottle capable of reminding me to drink, even when I don’t feel thirsty, and decided to go with the LARQ PureVis™ 2.
Within a day of receiving and using the LARQ PureVis™ 2, my percent body water increased by 2%, and my average HR dropped by 20 bpm. My fatigue and GI issues also improved dramatically, and I’m feeling better than I have in months.
LOL, I would never have guessed that I would feel so much better by simply drinking more water. So, thank you, LARQ!
Faulty goods. No apology. No reimbursement of postage
My faulty goods were received back by larq six weeks ago. Only today they gave me back my money. They have held on to it for six weeks! Also they denied receiving it back initially. They made me worry. Shoddy admin. Inefficient management.
The jug i bought was poor design, water going across the lid before being filtered, providing extra contamination risk. Also the uv stopped working after about 2 days. It was a battle to have them accept back a faulty product. Incidentally i never received any apology with regards their incompetence. I’ll never get anything from larq again.
Seems perfect purchase
Used other bottles( Brita,Philips self clean,Lifestrow sip) but this one Pure Vis 2 found more practical autoclening & filtration that allows drinking from vertical position( filtered in 1000 ml)
Only stuff I would like to know was it tested on parasites,fungal strains and especially on Legionella Pneumofila after autocleaning procedure(tap water,not "wild one").Product have perfect design,thermoinsulation,perfect inox and this is keeping me happy.Tap water in town I live is regarding infrastrusture renewal contaminated,and 6 km from my flat is improper medical waiste depot.Water from bottle keep freshnes without odor with no excess chlorine smell and is organoleptic perfect.Only issue I will like to be sure that UV lamp decontaminate other bacterial(Not only Escherichia and Salmonella- more waste spectrum like Pseudomonas and Legionella),protozoa,parasites and fungal strains.Regarding the other ,bottle is perfect for use.Those days I'm going to measure pH of tap and purified tap water to determinate possible differences after the callibration of my pH meter( USA made).

⭐☆☆☆☆ Fails After 2½ Years — Not Built to Last
I bought the LARQ Bottle believing it was a durable, eco-friendly investment. Instead, after just 2½ years, the UV purification stopped working completely. Customer service said this was “normal battery degradation” — meaning LARQ effectively expects customers to replace their bottle every two and a half years.
The lithium-ion battery can’t be repaired or replaced, so once it fails, the entire bottle is useless. For a “premium” product sold on sustainability, that’s both disappointing and wasteful.
If you’re considering buying one, be aware: you’re paying a high price for something with a built-in expiry date. Great concept, but poor longevity and no meaningful support from LARQ when it counts.

I love my Larq
I love my Larq. Even if I leave it for a week with water in it, there's no smell and I can go right back to drinking knowing that no microbial growth has occurred. Also, with the filter element, I can fill up from any water fountain and have clean water to drink.

The PureVis 2 water bottle works great at removing the occasion weird water taste you usually get from some source, and gives me a peace of mind that my what is sterilized and filter more than a usually water bottle. The customer service is also a great help with replacing items under warranty and for reshipping items ( both times were prompt and quick help). Overall LARQ is a great company with a very quality product. Highly recommend to people in the fence of buying one.

My purevis 2 bottle is an amazing product, my water tastes good and stays cold for a good few hours, I have found the bottle works really well once the filter has soaked for half an hour after being filled, filter subscription is so easy too. Personally now I do not like traveling without my bottle anymore. My bottle has worked really well for seven months but developed a fault and would not charge anymore, Larq customer service for myself has been outstanding and courteous, a few emails with photos and questions answered fulfilling the requirements covered under warranty, and I now have new cap on its way to me. Very satisfied.
Company lacking customer service to support the products.
The company does not provide product support. I want to share my concerns about how this matter has been handled.
The bottle I received as a gift was used for the first time and failed to maintain temperature, suggesting a possible insulation defect. When I reached out to customer service, I was asked for the receipt, serial number, and photos. As this was a gift, I do not have the receipt. Furthermore, the product itself does not carry a serial number—only the box did, which had understandably been discarded. It seems unreasonable to assume that customers should request receipts for gifts or retain packaging indefinitely to receive product support.
This was a premium-priced product that did not function even at the level of much less expensive alternatives. Yet instead of examining the product or offering meaningful support, I was offered a 10% discount, which unfortunately comes across as dismissive rather than helpful. This experience has left me skeptical not only of the insulation but also of the sterilization function the brand promotes.
As a customer, I expected a company with LARQ’s reputation to stand behind its products and address issues with more accountability. The experience with the product and the customer service was negative and was not managed going forward.
