Great service, did a thorough review and picked out plenty of issues for us to raise with our builder. Would recommend to anyone.

Very straight forward process. Sean was professional and friendly. Went through everything with me in good detail so I understood the snags identified. Equally, was complimentary about the build and what was good so felt like I was getting full honesty. Completed the report thoroughly by the same evening which has been great for chasing a few issues up with the developer. Would definitely recommend!

Great service. Easy to get booked in and delivered an honest assessment of our new build house. Spotted all the snags I noticed plus a few others I did not.

Ian was a great bloke, very helpful and gave me confidence in my new build property.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Sean and Lively Professional Services. There was great communication and Sean did a very thorough job when reviewing our snags. Sean provided a clear report and talked us through each snag and defect and was happy to help with any follow up questions.

I have been following Lively Professional Services Ltd Facebook page for sometime now and listened to Ian's podcasts which are very informative. I had also spoken with Ian and Sean over the telephone and both were very helpful.
I had no hesitation in booking with this company to complete a snagging survey on the day after our completion date. Nick was our allocated snagger, he arrived early, was friendly, approachable and able to answer all of my questions. Nick was very knowledgeable and experienced, he knows exactly how things should be done including current regulations and standards. He spent the whole day inspecting pretty much every inch of our new home externally and internally from lifting grids to thermal imaging to the loft, roof and gutters and inside every room in detail.
He then took the time before leaving to ensure I understood all of the details and viewed the photos of all the defects found. All 140 of them! Highlighting which were the most important to be resolved first. I was sent the final PDF report inc photographs the same day that evening by Sean.
I should also mention, I was informed by the house builder that we wouldn't need our own snagger as they apparently snag all their homes before handing over to the customer. The report has now been sent to the developer to start working through.
I would 100% recommend LPSL to anyone purchasing a new build property for peace of mind.

Snagger came out within a week and was very thorough. Great service and would recommend to family and friends.

Ian conducted a Snagging Survey on my new-build property. Excellent communication ahead of time, and the survey itself was extremely comprehensive, with the resultant report being issued promptly on the same day. Many snags were spotted which I would've completely missed myself, which goes to show that Ian's wealth of industrial experience and knowledge in this field is irreplaceable. Nick carried out a snagging survey on our new build home in Kendal just a few days after completion. He was careful and thorough and the report he provided was extremely useful. We were able to forward it directly onto the builder and the issues are already being quickly resolved. Nick's professional approach and attention to detail has enabled us to raise issues with the builder that we ourselves had not noticed at this early stage and I believe it will save us problems in the future. I used Lively Professional Services Ltd recently to prepare a snagging report for my newly built property because I didn't feel confident doing it myself.

The house builder I bought from has a very good reputation, however, there were still over 70 issues, which are now being remedied.

Ian arrived on time, as arranged, and confidently scanned inside and outside my new home and found issues I would never have noticed. The report was detailed with notes and photos, which is extremely helpful and is being used by the developer.
