I got my order today, took a bit longer as I am in Canada so I had it shipped to a U.S. address which is 45 minutes away , so I paid a broker to pick it up. Anyways, I have always wanted to try your soap but quite frankly your shipping to Canada is Killer. So when your sample option came out I seen it as an opportunity to try you guys out without breaking the bank.
So...... haven't showered with it but first impression, you guys are awesome, the box, the sticker, the note,the packing, the clucky thing, free sample just an enjoyable experience to open! The smells are awesome, can't wait to try. Thank You

All the orders were delivered in a timely manner and the scents are amazing!! I’ve gifted some of my Outlaw purchases and everyone loves the products!!

The new garage soap smells amazing and is now my favourite scent! I also love the little sample soaps that get included with orders and can't wait to see Mountain Hideout make a return appearance.

I had a bundle shipped over to the UK, as I had heard so many great things about this brand and was really excited to find, what I thought would be, innovative and unique premium mens grooming products.

Items were shipped on the same day of order (10th Dec), was super impressed by the efficient ordering and dispatch process by the company, sadly UPS let them down and the items weren't received til the 11th Jan, for around £60 it was a very expensive postage price.

When I opened the package, the stench of what I can only describe as burning tyres with a sickly almond scent undertone over took the room - it was STRONG! The most powerful scent of any grooming products I have ever owned!!! I thought the smell might reduce after a few minutes, since the items were packed in the little box for so long, so I left the box, open, in my bedroom and went about my day.
Sometime in the early evening, I came home and was immediately hit by a waft of old smoke, burnt diesel smell with that hint of almonds - the smell from the package had wafted about the house, as I reach the upstairs the smell was nauseating - after a few minutes of opening all of the windows I had to remove the package to the outside of my house, under the shelter - it was that strong! That evening the smell took ages to waft away in the house and I was left with a migraine and nausea but even in the Jan icy air, my front door area smelt of the products! Outside you could smell the box!!

The following day the scent had calmed down enough for my son to dig out the bits from the box. Sadly, the soaps all smelt very similar but from what he could tell, the Fire in the Hole soap was where the main burning smell was originating - perhaps we had a bad batch?? Or perhaps it was just this one soap that overpowers the rest?? I ordered 3 packs of the milled sample sets (they were supposed to be stocking fillers) and the Care Package set, so there was a lot of the Fire In The Hole soaps and bits. The only item that smelt a tiny bit different was the Calamity Jane natural deodorant, which my son loves, but to me, it still has an undercurrent scent of sweet almonds. The reviews are usually excellent so I do wonder if we did have a bit of a bad soap batch, or perhaps the was a mixing error with the scent in the soap we received?

I really, really, wanted to adore these products, the packaging, the branding, the whole concept of the items is absolutely amazing - theres nothing else like it on the market and I didnt mind spending a lot because I thought it would be premium, cant get enough of that scent, products. Sadly, its not for me but I do wish you success with your business, its really personal and thoughtful. And I do love the little chicken!

I'm never disappointed in Outlaw's product quality! Their scents always smell incredibly good and unique and the soap lasts quite a while.

I had received a product I was not 100% happy with, I sent an email, to explain my disappoint in 1 of the few products I bought. Outlaw immediately sent a follow up offer to refund my money, I chose the option to use the refund for.more of the products I was happy in. The replacement items arrived very quickly. I am pleased with customer service I recieved.

Best sundries available anywhere! The lather of the soap and body wash is rich and creamy. Smells wonderful, natural not fru-fru. The spray cologne comes on kinda strong but mellows to a long-lasting subtle scent with a hint of pheromones. Candles are very fragrant and slow-burning. Lotion is light and creamy, not greasy. The beard elixir is perfect conditioning for all my hair. Easy to budget the most flexible subscriptions. Also lots of bonuses and free samples. Not to mention exceptional customer service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Oh and you can feel great about supporting a small American company. What's not to love?
