I recently wanted to rent an apartment and was completely at a loss for how to go about it in Thailand. This was my first experience in the holiday rental arena. I was a bit nervous as I am so used to hotels which have mostly been a guaranteed win. Live Phuket changed this for me! They helped me find a beautiful villa at fantastic value in a great location and didn’t spare anytime in answering any questions over email! The accommodation was ideal with the self-catering facilities being a great cost saver. The place was secure, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Along with a smooth hassle free transaction I want to say a special thank you to Paul who provided us with all the info and local knowledge to make our stay very enjoyable. Dealing with the guys at Live Phuket was a breath of fresh air! Highly recommended them.

Travelling to the other side of the world is an unnerving experience when you don't know what you want and you don't know what to expect. for me, i want to visit a website and not be confused or mentally drained when trying to create a search. With its user friendly layout and search options, i was able to cut out all the villas i didnt want to see because it seems they have really listened to the clients needs and that is obviously what it is all about! i couldnt recommend the website anymore than by saying, i hope they dont just stop with livephuket, i hope they become my world wide search for Villa rentals! The Customer service was also key, i had a couple of queries and logged this on the site, i got a response within no time at all and the best part, it was a real person!
