From the start
From the start, I was meant to be heading back home to Liverpool after spending the week at my parents’ in Cheshire. I called up and booked the Senzati V-Class, and honestly, the whole experience was flawless from the get-go. I managed to get the vehicle the very same day, which was a big win.
My plan was to travel from Cheshire to Liverpool and back, with a quick catch-up stop to see my childhood mate along the way – and of course, drop them back afterwards. When the driver arrived, he was super helpful and took the time to walk me through the controls so I could operate everything smoothly. There was ice-cold water in the back, and once I figured out the system, the in-car entertainment was unreal – really modern and up to date.
I needed to stop for some essentials, and the driver had no trouble getting to the address I gave. From there, the journey to Liverpool was smooth – the driving was spot on, the vehicle was spotless, and it was seriously comfortable.
When we arrived, I was still deep in conversation with my mate, so I decided to head straight back with them – and again, the trip was seamless. It honestly felt like I had total freedom, something I think a lot of companies don’t really offer.
My only regret? Not booking earlier in the morning – totally forgot I even needed to go back to Liverpool! But I’ll definitely be booking again. Well worth the money.
