First class job and experience with our stair renovation from start to finish. Has given us a wow factor beyond our expectations! Wes and his team provided such attentive customer service and even when we asked for extras at late notice Wes sorted it all and didn’t impact on completion time plus all to a high quality standard.
We are so pleased with result and would highly recommend Liverpool Stair renovation, a truly honest and reliable company 👏👏👏

Really disappointing experience with Wesley. Endless delays. Dishonest. Poor communication. Shoddy work. Left with unsafe staircase for weeks. Please contact me for pics and timeline if you are considering using this company as I do not want other customers to go through similar experience.
Addendum following reply below - the reply is not true - nothing has been resolved. I would strongly urge everyone to be extremely cautious about using this company.

We are absolutely delighted with our new staircase from Wes and the team. We went for an oak finish with black iron spindles and the transformation is unbelievable. These guys are perfectionists and the finish is incredible. Not only are they fantastic at what they do but they are a lovely team and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys, Lyns and John

Absolutely delighted with our new staircase, i would definitely recommend Liverpool stair renovations. All the staff are highly skilled and take so much pride in their work, they perfect all the finer details and always left our property clean and safe. Extremely pleased with Wes who took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and put my ideas to life.

I had a glass bannister with lights fitted over 2 years ago or more from this company, It is still sitting as perfect as the day it went in. Plus the lights cost nothing to run so all through winter my hall looked cosy . Even at Christmas to change colours to go with my Christmas theme looks beautiful. The team were really respectful of my home too . Would highly recommend .

Had a glass bannister fitted by Wes and his team last year and delighted with the end result. Wes is knowledgeable, creative and is a perfectionist at his job.
