I was on a chat suport , they ask me some questions everything was goos till 1 was not ok and they told just its not that one try again tomorrow and closed the chat 😐 realy realy sad suport u supost to be there to help i will never play in this casino again and i will advice to u all dont play on it

Had a 7 fold on last night and nec got a goal so I had 6 teams winning 1 team drawing. Returns was £130 and there was 15 mins game play left. As soon as nec scored I wanted to cash out. They didn't offer me a cash out for over 8 minutes and then the other team scored against nec and bet was ruined but when the other team scored they was happy to offer £3 because. If your winning the cash out on this app will mess up

Do not use this company they rob you blind and if you don't deposit enough in a period of time they block you from using there promotions so no free bets or anything else won't be using these again

I had some problems making a deposit because of the shared bank account we have.

Support chat feels like AI Marvin uses allot of pre generated answers and is not reading what I put in the chat.... Also they close the chat before I was even done typing. Very weird I'm a "good" paying customer!! Now it makes me feel like I have to be "happy" or even grateful to play on their casino?? I'm streaming my games on YT and normally I do a shout-out towards the casino for their nice features or outstanding customer support. Well guess what... I'm skipping this casino and it's going on the "Do not play on this list " Shame!

attention scammers!!! I deposited money, sent documents for verification, documents of course rejected, my bets went in and suddenly the account blocked! Reason that my documents did not pass verification!!!! They don't want anything else, just closed irreversibly account!!!! Do not deposit your money there!!! or they will steal it from you!!!

So I deposited successfully no problem time and time again then when I tried to withdraw it declines and asks me to send bank statements. there will be no more deposits

Advertised new user accounts will get 100 free spins when you spend £5 ,followed the link set up a new account and sent more than a fiver on spins ,when I asked what happened the my free spins was told didn't follow the correct path and the code was not applied ,rechecked the instructions on link followed it to the letter.Just a scam to get you to sign up , deactivate my account now so good bye and good riddance

Very very very bad experience. They put restrictions on my account, never contacted me about it, now closed my account. I would recommend everyone to avoid this company at all costs (Virginbet is the same company and they are the same rubbish)
