Nice hair dressers but awful male receptionist.
Back in February I paid for highlights and a blow dry, there wasn’t time for the blow dry so the lady at the desk said you can come in another time for one since you have already paid.
I went to book my appointment last week and spoke to a lady on the phone and reminded her about that situation and she said that’s fine (
if your calls are recorded you can check).

I had my blow dry and told the very rude male receptionist that I’ve pre paid and he was having none of it and called me a “liar!!” I burst into tears in the salon so my boyfriend had to come in for support as I was really upset and so embarrassed by the fuss he made. He was so difficult and rude. He was passive aggressive and smiling throughout. I really hope you do something about this! I got made to feel dreadful when I am a paying customer.

I will never be coming back after that exchange.

Federico is an expert in hair!
He is diligent, professional and always does the best job possible. He is also a genuinely nice person.
I have been having my hair done by Federico for several years (highlights, toner, cut & dry) and I am always delighted with the outcome.
- He has helped me to stay blonde without using bleach. Slowly my hair has recovered and is in significantly better condition for not using bleach.
- He has seen me through two pregnancies (including the natural hair shedding) and has given great advice on how to care for my postpartum hair.
Highly recommend.

Federico is the best - as a male with long hair it can be hard finding a hairdresser who understands what I want / what is best. He always does a great job, he certainly knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone!

Unfortunately incredibly dissapointed. Went in for a haircut for curly hair. I told the stylist that I am desperate for length and that this is important to me. She even remembered me say the same when I went in for a consultation. Yet I come home with hair that is at least 13 cm shorter than before. While the cut was happening I was saying I feel it got short and the stylist reasurred me it will grow back. I didn’t want to loose it in the first place to grow it back!

I was in a state of chock during the cut and was hoping that once I am home I would be able to prove myself wrong.

I am incredibly dissapointed that I was not listened to - this haircut has litterally taken away 5 years of hairgrowth in just a few minutes.

I feel this haircut was done in a way that was to satisfy the stylist and not me …

My hair will not be back when I write this review but I have to express that it’s not ok to ignore a customer’s wish in this way!

(Note: my hair is curly and really this is a big deal when curly hair is cut this much).

Also online the stylist is advertised as a curly hair specialist. I’m sorry to say that even the way my hair was brushed after the wash was absolutely not how you would brush curly hair. I wish this had alarmed me to stop at this point and not continue….

If you’re looking for an amazing hairdresser, look no further! Federico is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. His skills in colouring and styling are second to none. I cannot recommend him enough. A true professional!!

Federico, who has an experience of over 20 years, chose a style of my new hair. I am very fussy about the style of my hair. He is very professional and friendly. I can rely on him to choose the right hairstyle for me. But I would also recommend him to anyone who wants their hair done by an extremely professional hairdresser. Thank you

I’ve been visiting Livetrue London for a few years now and always been seen by Federico. He is incredible, always knows exactly what I want with my hair, explains everything thoroughly and gives recommendations when I’m unsure. He’s always happy to answer any of my questions. Couldn’t ask for a better stylist and always love my hair afterwards

I would’ve liked to give 0 but sadly that’s not an option. This salon is just a show, they don’t genuinely care for their customers!! They can’t take criticism and do not care about what the customer asks for.

I repeatedly had told them I wanted to go light but the hairdresser Viviane failed to deliver. She didn’t even have the cutesy to consult me and tell me she isn’t skilled enough to give me what I want. When I showed that I wasn’t too happy, she became defensive and started yanking and pulling my hair forcefully when curling it afterwards.

When I told customer service, they made me waste my time to go in again only to tell me they won’t fix my hair. When they failed to provide correct information. Their hairdresser confirmed that she failed to inform me and even then they decided not to fix my hair or refund me. On top, the hair consultant showed no professionalism. His tone was passive aggressive and he made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, go to other places! Waste of money. Their discounts are scams too, when you go in they’ll add lots of other treatments and make you pay more.

Ferderico is an amazing hairdresser. I've been visiting him for 2 years and in my opinion his one of the best stylists I've ever had.

Frederico is the master of an amazing blow dry and somehow they last for days - unheard of with my fine hair! This is my fourth haircut with him, I initially came because of a great offer but I have stayed because he is genuinely so good!
