Customer service needs attention
I ordered one pair of scrubs. The fabric was thick and comfortable but they did not fit my body. Seemed like quality scrubs. My box and bag came ripped open. I did let customer service know and we started a return. The return was received 30 days ago, no contact or refund. I’ve sent two emails and attempted their chat function with no response . Overall, I would not order from this company again. Very frustrating.
Update- I was able to get in contact with the CEO of the company. She left her number on the email. She said customer service had been slow and was able to process the refund. My refund email didn’t list the cost of the items and the total was incorrect. Hoping I’m able to reach someone to get it sorted. Ugh
