Ive been ordering from Live Well for a few months now and ive been extremely happy with their service, I love how they check in with you and I know that I can contact them any time. Ive never had any issues from placing an order to delivery, its all been done quick whilst being updated throughout.

Recent price increase due to americas inflation of the product but being a regular customer before this and not being able to place my order due to stock limitation out of live wells hands.. they managed to secure me one on the previous pricing and honoured it me… a quick phone call from the manager and a discussion regarding moving forward I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. You know when you find a local chemist that you feel comfortable with. The one where you pop in and the person behind the counter knows who you are and is there to lend an ear if needed and give advice. I didn't think I would find that with an online chemist but with these guys I did. They know their stuff and understand everyone's journey is different and personal. Yes there are companies out there giving out discount codes but I would rather go somewhere I trust and where they value their customers. In these uncertain times with price rises out of their control they are doing their utmost to try and support loyal customers and communicate with new patients with honest and respect. I would 100 percent recommend this pharmacy they have help me change my life and get the old me back.

Purchased 10mg Mounjaro, list price £149. The next day the order was refunded without reason, which left me with a bad experience.

The next day after leaving a negative review on here, I received a call from them explaining the situation to me and they reassured me they'd honour my order.

Ever since then, they've been phoning me every other day to keep me informed of the situation.

Stock issues have affected all pharmacies badly, due to the price-change announcements by Eli Lilly.

Today, Live Well called to confirm they received stock and allowed me to reorder at the same refunded price I paid.

I then had a video consultation on WhatsApp to confirm my weight on scales and to show them my body in the mirror.

Everyone makes mistakes, it's how we correct them. I've now left with a positive experience and would recommend this pharmacy to others.

Did the online consultation for mounjaro and ordered just as the price increases all kicked off. They took my money and next day cancelled my order. No refund as of yet, so out of pocket and having to find another pharmacy to make another order with. Funny how their prices have now gone up yet, this isn’t meant to happen till 1st September…..

Had a brilliant experience!

I placed my order over the bank holiday, so I wasn’t expecting anything to happen straight away. Sent a quick email on Tuesday just to check everything was okay, and got a call from a helpful gentleman about 20 minutes later confirming all was good and that someone would be in touch soon for the consultation.

A few hours later, I had a video call with the clinician, super quick. I was able to send over everything they needed via WhatsApp, which was way easier and faster than emailing.

My order was dispatched that same day and arrived by lunchtime today. Honestly, such an easy and pleasant process. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
