One big fraud you Guys please dont get trapped

I would like to report a serious issue with my account and withdrawal at this casino.

I had a verified account (KYC completed) and requested a withdrawal of €850. After this request, my withdrawal was suddenly cancelled and my entire balance of €4,250 was removed.

The justification given by the casino is incorrect and does not reflect my actual gameplay. I did not violate any betting rules or terms. Furthermore, the casino had previously processed and paid out smaller withdrawals without any issues, which clearly shows that my account activity was considered acceptable before.

Despite this, the casino has now made a final decision, confiscated my winnings, and even closed my account, preventing me from accessing my funds or defending my case further.

This behavior is highly concerning and appears unfair and inconsistent.

I am requesting:
- A full review of my case
- Reinstatement of my winnings (€4,250)
- A clear and detailed explanation of the alleged rule violation

If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to escalate this case publicly and warn other players about this experience.

This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that my account was verified and previously allowed to withdraw funds.

They confiscated 75% of my funds, stating general rules without any specifics. When I tried to find out what exactly I violated, I received the response "the decision is final" and that was it.
They also withhold part of the amount when depositing and withdrawing. For example, you deposit $500, but only $488 is credited to your balance. The same applies when withdrawing. Withdrawal limits are 1k max. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 BUSINESS DAYS, and the countdown doesn't begin until the next business day. In 2026... They cut the limits after a couple of winning bets...

There are plenty of other more reliable casinos/bookmakers. Avoid this one if you don't want to run into trouble.
