The returns department is a joke
The returns department is a joke. I returned a package, expecting a refund to be processed within 7 days (as per their website information). After 10 days, I got in touch and was told that the returns department would be processing my return asap. After a week, still no refund, so I contact them again and discover they have sent out another parcel. I explained I did not want a replacement and had not specified anything I wanted replacing. They said they could not refund my money until the new parcel had been returned. Nearly a month after returning the original parcel, I have yet to receive the replacement parcel and therefore am unable to get a refund. In the meantime I am overdue on credit card payments due to their ineptitude.
