Visited today with my mum to buy a reclining bed. Brad, our consultant was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He was patient and good humoured and we even got coffees and a glass of Prosecco for my mum. Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions professionally and courteously. We never felt ‘sold to’ or pressurised to buy. We decided on a bed and it will be delivered in a few weeks. My mum was delighted with the bed and the service we received. Brad and the team made her feel special. Thank you Brad! We will be back to look at reclining chairs next. We highly recommend this store and the wonderful staff!
