Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service! Ordered from this company before and never had any issues, however I ordered the wrong colour hair as when swiping through the colours the colour number was at the top. I have explained about the mistake and that it was not very clear and asked for an exchange but they was not willing to help! Now this hair is no good for me at all and have wasted £200. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the order wrong on there end and wasn’t willing to rectify the problem despite it being their fault. Rubbish customer service.

Very disappointing

Bought hair from then a few times and it started off ok but got worse. I knew the most recent order would not be good when it was being shipped from China I knew it would be very cheaply made. It has dried out really quickly and always has an odd smell to the hair. I only got the hair in May and after a month I needed new hair. I definitely will not use them again. Well over priced for the quality.

Read all the negative reviews - they are true!
Purchased deep and curly clip ins 24inch and paid for next day. They arrived on time and to be nice were what I would describe as cheap doll hair in a factory plastic wrapper.
The hair was 10inches long and stretched was 11 inches. The clips were cheap and not the clips on the photos that would hook into your natural hair. Everything about it was wrong and in pretty much a scam.
Went on to their online chat and they responded quickly asking for my order number then pointed out their policy that as it was on on sale they would not refund me. I pointed out that under the sale of goods act they sold me something that was totally different to what was described and I could demand a refund. Asked for their return address and as all the other negative reviews on here, from start to finish I was on for an hour in their chat and NO REPLY to asking for a refund and a return address. I will chargeback this money for sure but DO NOT purchase anything from this website. Would not trust any positive reviews.

Terrible products and customer service.

Terrible products and customer service.
Bought deep curly extensions after 1 wash they were frizzy and straight. Tried to contact them and had no response, rang them and asked to respond which they did, and said that they couldn't be returned as they had been fitted.
The man on the phone was quite aggressive and shouting, not letting me speak and just repeating himself on loop.
I have contacted consumer rights who have informed me that I am entitled to a full refund and expenses for fitting, removal and refitting.
I will be taking this further.
Please don't waste your money on these products

The worst quality extensions and customer service.

I bought some extensions from Livicor and I regret it. They charge a high price, but the quality of the product is quite poor! After the first wash, the extensions were completely straight (I bought curly extensions). I then asked for a refund, and they wouldn't give me any money back. Don't buy from this scam or you will waste your money.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! I've had the worst experience with them!

They won't refund my money, and I already returned the extensions I didn't want! I ordered my extensions to make my hair look longer... After receiving them and realizing that the length wasn't right because they were curly and were the same length as my hair, I decided to return them and ask for longer ones. After several emails asking them to please exchange them for longer ones, they agreed to this change (at first they said no). When they received the extensions, they told me they were tampered with. However, this is not true. The extensions were in perfect condition! They even sent me some photos of the extensions, and they looked perfect. I asked them what was wrong with them, and they couldn't give me an answer. I asked them to tell me explicitly and in writing where they were damaged... but they only told me they were tampered with (again) . All I did was pick up one of the extensions to compare it to my hair, then put it back in the black material bag it was in. They refused to tell me what was wrong with the extensions. They simply told me they would return the extensions and cancel the longer ones I ordered, but they wouldn't refund the £200 I paid. I asked them to refund my money and keep both extensions, as I don't want either. Now they don't respond to my messages. Absolutely unprofessional, and I would never recommend this company.

To clarify, your original order was for 18-inch hair extensions. After receiving them, you reached out to request an exchange for 28-inch extensions, explaining that the initial length wasn’t suitable. Although exchanges are typically only accepted under specific conditions, we agreed to process this for you on the condition that the original 18-inch extensions were returned in an unused and original condition.

However, upon receiving the returned hair, our team noted that the extensions were not in their original state and showed signs of being tampered with. As hair extensions are classified as a perishable item for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept or resell any items that have been altered or worn in any way. We understand that you may have only handled the product briefly, but even minimal handling can compromise the product’s resale condition.

As a result, we were unable to process the exchange. We returned the original 18-inch extensions to you and refunded the additional amount you had paid for the 28-inch set.

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we always aim to follow our hygiene policy consistently to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Fabulous customer service and high quality products

First of all, the customer service is excellent. They are friendly, detail oriented and flexible. The quality of the hair is lovely and shiny and wonderful for Caucasian, fine and wavy haired me. I have gotten so many compliments. The hair stays in well and is comfortable to wear. My second order was the incorrect colour, but it was quickly replaced without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tell everyone and I promise you will not be disappointed

Do not order from this company…

Dont be fooled by this reply from livicor they did not give me a refund after endless requests a full refund was given via a charge back through my bank and if it wasn’t for them I would not of had a refund at all. Avoid this company at all costs.
