Total scam! £29.99 + P&P for 3 cheap, nasty and horrible garden Xmas reindeer whose battery pack is not waterproof and uses watch battery. So thin and no 3D, they’re are total embarrassment! What a SCAM!

Complete rip off!! Spent more on the voucher and postage than this fatty little speaker is worth it is a proper con!! Stay well away leave we'll alone you have been warned!!!!

purchased AeroPress Inspired Manual Coffee Press from Obero International Ltd. and just received part of the Components with open damaged box . which is make it useless and not fit for purpose.
I contacted the customer service and they promised to send replacement and after that they stoped responding to my emails.

Do not deal with Living Social. Bought what I thought was 2 Garden Plants, and as previous reviewers what I actually bought was vouchers. Paid by Paypal raised a claim which was refused today ! I am blocked from the website now so cannot request a refund nor contact anyone in "Customer Service" ( I use the term lightly ) and their email address just bounces back.
Total scam...how is this practice allowed to continue ??

I bought 2 weighted blankets from Livingsocial €109.98c.
The blankets never arrived.
It's impossible to contact anyone at this company.
Luckily I paid through PayPal.
I have raised a dispute through PayPal.
PayPal is now dealing with the company , but it can take months to get the money refunded.

Thought I would try this on a small item as they appear to have good deals. However when trying to immediately claim the item the code has already expired or the code is not recognised. I shall now delete and block

I ordered a mattress through Living Social to be told by the supplier of the mattress that they could not deliver due to lack of stock. They took £20 for deliver before telling me this. Living Social can only be dealt with through WhatsApp they tell me to go to Wowcher which has the same contact details as Living Social. I am getting nowhere trying to get a refund luckily I paid by credit card so will try through them . They are a disgrace .

Thought I'd bought a garden arch through this website, but what I'd actually bought was a 7 day / time limited voucher to use to purchase the arch. I didn't realise that and so didn't initiate the voucher. Now, because it's gone past 7 days, Living Social say I'm not due a refund. SHAMEFUL.
There is no customer service phone line and the email address says its no longer in use. Looks like a deliberate tactic to make life difficulty for disgruntled customers.
The organisation appear to be a based in Europe, so our consumer credit act may not apply, even if I could contact the company to claim a refund.
Hoping someone from the company will contact me to resolve, otherwise will keep posting negative reviews about lack of resolution.
As it stands it has all the hallmarks of a scam.

to the buyers on ebay beware, of buying reconditioned mobile phones. i bought 2- one motarola flip phone and one stk slimline some months ago and from day one to today 18 july not one of the phones was or is working i,m sure iv,e been conned the sellers know who they are , tried getting in touch with ebay support but no luck so again i say beware.

Worst customer service I have experienced. I received faulty items which were not as described. They are not responsive at all been waiting weeks for a result and we are going round in circles. Glad I had PayPal step in for a refund because I wasn’t getting anywhere with this company.

I paid for 100L premium compost,didn’t receive the compost and my amount of £24(£20+ 4 clearpay)gone down the drain.

Be careful before you put your money into this scamming company.

I purchased some garden lights from Living Social and payed using Clearpay. When it came to redeeming my voucher I found it impossible. I have lost my money and am very unhappy

Ordered four reclining chairs, when arrived I took 1 out of the box to find a deck chair in a fixed reclined position which then folded into a bed. Not what was advertised, items returned at my expense only to be given a credit. Have now sent them further correspondence to remind them of the consumer act that I'm entitled to a full refund. The saga continues. Legal action will be taken.

Ordered a heated throw for my mother as a present. When it arrived it was so poorly made; cheap, shiny fabric, electrical fitting didnt look very substantial. Having waited some time to be reimbursed and chased for the payment, they informed me they had not received it back. I stupidly didn't send it signed for so no proof of delivery. Then unsubscribed from their website but continued to receive their emails. I wouldn't use this website or Wowcher (they offered no assistance at all) ever again; really inferior products and poor customer service.

Dreadful. Awful. Worst ever, and that says something. Ordered goods which were charged to my account, then cancelled because seller would not deliver (to central Scotland! ) Refund was less than I’d paid, because I’d been charged in Euros and I lost out when it came to refund time. Nobody told me I’d be charged in euros, or the possible consequence. Have now spent days trying to contact company - it is impossible. Impossible. I’ve been swindled.
