I can not rate Jason and his team highly enough for their exceptional service in selling our home.
From beginning to end, communication & professionalism on all aspects of the sale was second to none. The team really treat you as individuals rather than just another property in their portfolio.
Our property was sold within weeks of going to the market and despite several problems with our onward purchase Jason remained patient, supportive & helpful throughout the long process.

Jason Livingstone and the team were our 2nd estate agents and we had excellent service with great explanations as to where we should be sitting with the market and price.
We accepted an offer within 2 weeks which was down to Jason’s expert knowledge of the market and how/where to advertise.

Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. From the start they were so helpful in all aspects and made the process run as smoothly as possible, as well as keeping me informed at all times about viewings and any problems that arose.They also kept an eye on the property. I do hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a house sale.

What can I say! I am speechless! LIViN Estate agents listed my house for sale then two days later they practically sold it.
