The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I was promised a delivery by a certain date, however it never came. I called repeatedly, and ended up having to go into the store. I was promised again it would come and it never did. I spoke to one of the men who worked there and he was extremely rude and told me that I wouldn’t be able to get items for this price anywhere else! Finally after much chasing up, the items arrived. The staff refused to bring the items into the house, and I am an elderly man! I couldn’t move the items into the house myself, let alone up the stairs. Absolutely appalling service. Please avoid.

I was hesitant to buy a mattress online, but the detailed product information and customer service team put my mind at ease. The mattress arrived on time, well-packaged, and was exactly as described. It’s a perfect balance of softness and support. A truly seamless experience.

Easy to order on line I rang about delivery as I needed a specific date, I was called back as promised and my date booked. Very friendly and professional service

The customer service from the initial enquiry was brilliant, super helpful😀
The bed was made up and delivered in a very short space of time.
The delivery guys were equally good and still had a smile so late in the day.

I ordered a double bed with 54in wing headboard in cream ,with two draws at the bottom , I’m so pleased with it , come all wrapped in plastic, and I must say big credit to the young man who delivered it on his own , took it to the room I wanted and put it together, he also called me to let me know he was on his way , he was so polite and friendly , he’s a credit to the company, would recommend buying a bed from here great service

mattress we bought is the worst mattress ive slept on in my life. In less than a week of buying this matress, myself and my husbands bodies have been in absolute pain

After searching for a bed onthe high st and online I decided to buy from living comfort bedz
Very apprehensive I must say, the price the selection of beds and sizes choice of colours etc, is unreal the price comparison to the high st is unreal.
Took about 1wk from ordering to delivery.
The quality the workmanship the design was amazed by, the mattress is so comfortable I upgraded to the best. It looks amazing in the bedroom.
If you need a new bed don't worry this company delivers everything, take away old bed & mattress , assemble new bed (extra costs apply here) worth every penny. Saved a fortune buying here.
No need for apprehension.

Unhappy after being 3 weeks not received my bed days and delivery kept changing service is disgrace but when received my bed it was nice finally something was good in the end.
