Placed an order on November 13 and received notification that article was shipped on November 15. Middle of December now and still have not received my order. Disputed the charge with credit card company and was advised that this purchase is more than likely a scam.
Okay so I received a pretty disappointing pair of glow in the dark ankle socks. I opened this big package they were in and I must say it was a poor sight to see this thin plastic pocket with socks and a lot of space. So back to the socks, you know the glowing parts? Yeah they were barely attached... anyway I tried them on and guess what? These parts came right off! To top it all the white fabric they were made of was visible through the motive (and my feet are just average sized so it shouldn’t have stretched that much). I couldn’t believe the poor quality
i placed an order for 3 pairs of socks. 5 weeks later i called to see where they were, after being put on hold 10 minutes rep tells me they were delivered but my office was closed so they were returned. makes no sense but ok. Just called now 3 weeks later and girl comes on phone and says the computer says order refused and they credited my credit card. Check my card and sure enough they did credit it minus S/H charges. Really for their incompetence??? Not a good way to do business
I love Living Royal. They have the cutest clothing, jewelry and the apartment products are to die for! Definitely a huge living royal fan!
