I placed an order, knew it was a mistake when I received an email saying your item has been shipped !!!!. Been waiting 4 weeks for this order. I won’t be fooled like this again. Will only be buying from company’s i know. I’m expecting the goods to be absolutely rubbish when I receive. This was actually a birthday present. Not come in time so I had to buy something else. I will return if I can. I ordered in plenty of time or so I thought.

I bought a ceramic vase in mid-January, the approximate delivery date was 1/3 weeks. No problem! The vase looks great in my living room, easy purchase, correct shipping and within the stipulated time, recommended. I will buy again

Items not as advertised
I have placed an order on the 1/1 through Facebook and as of yet there have been no updates as to when I will be receiving the items. The emails are all autogenerated and no option to even cancel the order.
21/01 update
I have received the items today and they are by no means representative of what is advertised. The packaging is poor just wrapped in some bubble wrap and a polyester one box stuck together. I would like to return them but reading the other review I am in two minds whether it worths my effort.

I can see your order was fulfilled and delivered within our estimated timeframe as per our shipping policy. If you were not happy with your items we would have been more than happy to accept a return if we had been notified of this when your order was delivered

I ordered through a Facebook ad and the items that were received did not (in my opinion) represent what was being advertised and so i decided to return all the items.
The items were all packaged terribly - basically in a vacumn packed bag (no box) and then in a cellophane bag (which had to be ripped open to examine the blankets).
I returned the items immediately (with the ripped cellophane packaging) and they came back and said that they wouldn't refund me because they weren't in the original packaging.
This is illegal and is classed as an unfair contract.
